Anupama parameswaran born in a tamil family settled in Irinjalikkuda , Trissur later moved to kottayam to get good education and pursue her favourite course after higher secondary education. She started her career as an actress through malayalam film industry with the movie Premam which released on 2015 directed by malayalam hit movie director Alphonse Puthren after the hit movie Neram.

She played the role ‘Mary’ in the movie premam and she selected by the director by audition and she become noted even before the release of the movie with the video song ‘Aluva puzhayude‘
The film was a hit in the box office and she made a big breakthrough with her first ever movie in malayalam film industry.

Anupama casted opposite to malayalam top order actor Nivin pauly in the movie with Madonna Sebastian , Sai Pallavi in lead female roles and the whole casts who performed in the movie become famous.
